Modifications to Terms
Prince x Mott reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted, and your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
Sale promotions

6.1 In the event of an oversell, Prince x Mott reserves the right to refund the affected item and fulfil the remainder of the order.

6.2 Prince x Mott reserves the right to review and cancel any order at its discretion. If cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
6.3 Stock availability is not guaranteed, and rainchecks will not be offered.
Backorders & Split Deliveries

Where an order contains:

(a) products that are all on backorder; or

(b) a combination of in-stock and backordered products,

the entire order will be held and dispatched in full once the backordered product(s) become available.

For the avoidance of doubt, split deliveries will not be made unless expressly requested by the customer and the applicable additional delivery fee for separate shipments is paid in advance.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRINCE X MOTT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Entire Agreement
