Refund policy
While we genuinely hope you love your Prince x Mott pieces, we understand that sometimes things might not be exactly as expected.
We offer a free exchange if you have received the wrong item or have received a faulty item to all Australian Customers.
We make exchanges easy, so you can shop with confidence and get the right fit as per our conditions for returns.

1. CHANGE OF MIND?
If you change your mind and wish to exchange for a different size/product, you can return your item for an exchange or store credit, provided that the item(s) meet our returns conditions (Conditions for Returns).
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return.
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
In order for your item(s) to be accepted upon return, it must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned in original condition - unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached, free of perfume or body odour.

Item must be free of make-up, fake tan, or deodorant marks.
All returned items are carefully inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet the above conditions will be declined and returned to the customer at their expense.
What can I return?
- All full priced purchases are eligible.
- All sale items are eligible.
In the event of a damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped product, please email hello@princexmott.com prior to initiating a return.
The customer will be responsible for covering shipping costs associated with the return.
We do not provide monetary refunds for change of mind or change of size returns. We do offer the option to exchange the product or receive a gift card as store credit.
Until the returned item(s) reach our address, they remain your responsibility.
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN?

4. HOW LONG DOES A RETURN TAKE TO PROCESS?
Our aim is to complete the processing of all returns within 10 business days from the receipt of your items. You will receive an email notification detailing the status of your return once it has been processed.
To ensure your satisfaction, we advise careful consideration before making your selection. If you have any inquiries about sizing, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@princexmott.com.
Please note that items returned beyond the 30-day return window or exhibiting signs of wear or washing, or if tags have been removed, will not be eligible for return. We reserve the right to decline items that do not meet these conditions.
International Returns (Outside Australia)
International customers are also responsible for the cost of return postage.
Unfortunately, duties, taxes, and VAT cannot be refunded for international returns. Additionally, we regret to inform you that international exchanges are not available.

Afterpay/ZipPay Returns
If you have purchased through AfterPay/ZipPay, the returns process is the same as the above. If a store credit is issued, your AfterPay payment plan will continue. If a refund is issued, any future payments will cease and any payments made will be refunded to your account.
