While shopping our Australian & New Zealand site, please be aware that all prices are in Australian Dollars ($AUD). All orders are dispatched from our local warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

We ship Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in NSW.

All estimated shipping lead times are based on time in transit, please allow 1-2 days for order processing.  

Authority to Leave 

‘Authority to Leave’ means that a courier can leave a parcel at the delivery address if nobody is home to receive it. 

All orders will be shipped automatically with 'Authority to Leave'.

Orders bound for Australia and New Zealand

We rely on reputable carriers such as Australia Post or DHL for shipping. Once your order embarks on its journey, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Keep in mind that delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners, and while uncommon, delays may occur during transit. Please note that Prince x Mott will not be held responsible for such delays.

Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 10am on the same day, while those placed afterward will be dispatched the following business day.

New Zealand Shipments

For shipments heading to New Zealand, we utilise DHL or Australia Post. It's important to note that any Duties and Taxes imposed by NZ customs are the responsibility of the customer and not Prince x Mott. For more details, we suggest contacting your local customs office. Rejected shipments may incur redirection fees, and if returned to Prince x Mott, the original shipping cost will be forfeited.

Prince x Mott will not take responsibility if your order is lost, or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier. Any associated risk in leaving goods unattended in these circumstances is borne by the customer.
