Shipping

We ship to Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

While shopping our Australian & New Zealand site, please be aware that all prices are in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

When shopping our US site, all product prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD), with flat-rate shipping of $15 USD US-wide.

**All US customs duties and fees are covered, so your total at checkout is the final price—there are no additional customs charges to pay on delivery**

All orders are dispatched from our local warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

We ship Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

All estimated shipping lead times are based on time in transit, please allow 1-2 days for order processing.  

Authority to Leave 

‘Authority to Leave’ means that a courier can leave a parcel at the delivery address if nobody is home to receive it. 

All orders will be shipped automatically with 'Authority to Leave'.

United States Shipping (USA)

Flat-rate shipping of $15 USD across the United States.

Orders bound for Australia and New Zealand

We rely on reputable carriers such as Australia Post or DHL for shipping. Once your order embarks on its journey, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Keep in mind that delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners, and while uncommon, delays may occur during transit. Please note that Prince x Mott will not be held responsible for such delays.

Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 10am on the same day, while those placed afterward will be dispatched the following business day.

New Zealand Shipments

For shipments heading to New Zealand, we utilise DHL or Australia Post.

Rejected shipments may incur redirection fees, and if returned to Prince x Mott, the original shipping cost will be forfeited.

Prince x Mott will not take responsibility if your order is lost, or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier. Any associated risk in leaving goods unattended in these circumstances is borne by the customer.
